I was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance >1 gram in Dallas, County Texas. I plead Not Guilty and began to stress because this was now my 2nd time charged with this. I wiggled free of jail time the first time charged, but now twice...only way to avoid prison time this time ...is to plead Not Guilty, take it to trial and WIN... In the span of less than 10 days, this attorney took on my case, worked out a plea agreement with the District Attorney's office that would waive the Enhancement Clauses allowed by State Law that definitely would have sent me to jail for 6 months or more and she somehow got me off the hook of paying Court costs. No idea how she pulled that off, but I WON in every possible way with the outcome of this case and it was solely because my Counselor was Christina King. She did not ask for more money every other day. She was easy to contact and from the jump, I felt like she was with me...like she had my back.
