bad review

This person is a disgrace to the lawyers of Abilene , when we went to court he slept through some things while the DA was jumping up and down acting like a clown and making the judge smile the intire time while baggering the witness . Ingalsby never opposed to anything while sitting there like he w...as in a stupper and come to find out he said he had given the DA a very important paper that would have clear the case off the chart .This was a one sided court. If you want to be sent to prison this is the man to hire . i would run if you are smart . Lynn needs to retire ,he is tired and sleeps through court. good luck

Worst attorney ever!!!

He took all my money upfront and told me he would handle my cases. He didn't do anything for me and just quit right before my first court date. He just stole my money without doing anything he promised. He is the worst attorney ever! He seems to be working with the prosecution to hurt you and not ...help you!

Could have done better

I hired Mr. Ingalsbe years ago for civilian criminal case. He seemed he had a lot of experience in the court from the different positions he has held as a Judge, prosecution attorney, and defense attorney. I paid a pretty penny for his services and thought I would get great representation. This was m...y first experience with an attorney, especially in a criminal case. I was expecting to have a lot of contact between us in preparing for a trial. I got little. I maybe had 2 visits with him over 2 years. I had about a 5-10 minute session with him the day of the trial to have me prepped for the trial. I was well unprepared. All in all I was found guilty and received probation. After all this was done, I think that was his main course of action in my case. My military commander even had a dislike for him that I found out afterwards.

The worst criminal defense attorney ever. Working with him is like working with the prosecutor.

I hired him to represent me. I paid him a lot of money because he promised me he could take care of my case before it went to the grand jury. Long story short, he told me many things that were inconsistent, at best or flat out lies at worst. Because I paid him so much money I dismissed most of the re...d flags. He promised me a lot of things and asked for more money yet didn't produce more than a court appointed attorney could. Save your money and avoid this old police officer turned attorney. I call him the old medicine man.
