I meet up with him in November 2017 and hired him immediately after meeting him. I was on felony probation and was wanting to see if I could get off probation early. He was very up front with me, gave me all the pros and cons no sugar coating which was great. I put trust into him immediately and hire...d him, 2 months later we WON! Unfortunately this wasn’t my first rodeo so I had doubts but he wasn’t just professional he was honest and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to file, that’s what I liked the most about him. Even if I would’ve lost I still would use him or recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Propst was very professional and i would recommend him to anyone. After meeting with him the first time, he was hired immediately. He called me within 12 hours of meeting with him and already had the plea with the DA that i was wanting. His price was the same as all other lawyers in the area. He ...emailed me back on questions i had almost immediately and if he was unavailable when i called him, he always called back the same day. I am very thankful for him!

In my opinion Mr. Propst is very unprofessional and unreliable. He had issues with showing up to meetings and court hearings without any notice at all. He's extremely rude as for calling names and yelling. Would become very irritated and appear bothered when having to answer any questions. Very unpre...pared and seemed frightened or unwilling to do proper representation in court hearings. Seemed as though he was working with the other side. I would definitely not recommend him.
