My son needed help during a very rough time...
I hired Dax after my son was extradited to TX from CA. Not knowing anyone & having never been to TX, I called around, looked online for legal help. Feeling that my son was in deep trouble, he needed help beyond just legal representation. What felt frightening and out of control was soon being hand...

Informative
He gave me a free consultation. I couldn’t hire him because of my financial situation but he made sure I understood the ins and outs of my case, where to go, who I should be trying to talk to, as well as a possible plan. The call was about an hour and I didn’t feel like my time was wasted. He helps a...

Great Lawyer
I retained Dax on my case after a fee for the inital phone interview. It came with an hour of Dax's complete attention, a ton of legal advice and direction whether you showed interest in retaining him or not. To me it was well worth it. Through the case Dax was very communicative, non judgemental and...
"Dax & I worked together for several years in the 194th JDC, Dallas County, Texas. I served as an Assistant District Attorney and Dax as the Court Probation Officer. Dax has incredible patience, work ethic, character, sense of humor, and ability to find resolutions when none exist. He's pragmatic & flexible. His experience as a probation officer provides a serious edge in criminal defense. Dax should be your first call for any legal need."
"Dax is an exceptional attorney and a talented advocate. I first worked with Dax when I was a federal prosecutor and he was defending an individual accused of a serious crime. Dax was tenacious in his representation. Since then, I have worked with Dax as a colleague and as a partner at Blizzard & Zimmerman. He has proven himself to be highly ethical and trustworthy - rare traits in this line of work. I have personally witnessed his commitment to clients as well as his work ethic and I can attest that it is second to none. He is certainly an attorney I want in my corner if I ever found myself on the wrong side of the law."
"I had the privilege of going to law school with Dax. He not only became one of my closest friends, but also someone I look up to and try my best to emulate. Dax is diligent, disciplined, focused, and relentless in all that he does. These traits make him the most competent and professional attorney, and the most zealous client advocate I know. Dax pours his all into getting the best possible outcomes for each and every one of his clients. With any legal matter, Dax would be my first call. If you need an attorney, call Dax. You won’t be disappointed."
"Dax is among the most ethical people I have had the pleasure to know. No matter the role, setting, or task, Dax brings determination, thoroughness, skill, and a genuine desire to provide quality service in order to leave a situation better than he finds it. He is one of the very few people that I trust completely."
"Dax Pueschel was my best friend in law school and continues to be not only my best friend but also a trusted confidant and counselor. Without any form of pretense or hyperbole at all, I am completely confident in saying that Dax is the most disciplined, competent and trustworthy attorney I know. He has the deepest sense of personal responsibility in the matters he is entrusted with. One can have total assurance that his or her legal matters are in the best of hands when they hire Dax. He is exactly the kind of attorney I myself would hire, knowing that I will be able to sleep easy with the assurance that he is carefully and thoughtfully addressing my issues as if they were his very own."
