I assist families by preparing all facets of estate planning, including traditional Wills, asset protection trusts, Expanded Durable Powers of Attorney, Medical Powers of Attorney, HIPAA Releases, Directive to Physicians, and many more.

I assist families by creating trusts to preserve assets primarily in the context of pre-planning for asset protection and/or qualification for State funded benefits in the future.
