Brilliant Attorney

Sam Hawthorne is a brilliant attorney and capable of comprehending, retaining, and directing the most complicated of cases. He holds himself to the highest standard of ethics, both personally and professionally. He is a caring individual who recognizes the importance of his actions in the lives of ...his clients and does not take that fact lightly. Sam is well versed in accounting, which makes his advice of much more value than attorneys who recommend transactions without an understanding of the tax consequences of their recommendation. Sam is an effective communicator. Because he is respectful and genuinely nice, I have found that he is able to negotiate contracts to my benefit simply because he is liked. Sam is a humble man. He understands that his clients are people, as is he. He does not elevate himself above his clients, but instead, has a servant’s heart. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
