Excellent lawyer! Very professional and highly knowledgeable about the law. Not only does Mr. Carper have a firm grasp of the law he is also a great negotiator when the need arises. However in my case when all the chips where on the table we had to go to court. It was there we saw his skills as he ...literally embarrassed opposing counsels. Highly prepared with legal briefs and case law he took them apart like a surgeon. Having been in dozens of courtrooms for family law matters, I can saw I have never seen anyone who is as sharp and prepared as Mr. Carper. He smelled blood in the water and just like a shark he went after it. Don't want to give a lot of detail as this was a family law case, but as the saying goes "You get what you pay for"
