I have used Melissa on 2 extremely complicated custody cases and would recommend her to anyone. She is organized and compassionate. Her staff is competent and both of their communication is excellent (which is something I've had huge issues with, with previous attorneys). She is as tough as it gets... in the courtroom and does not take ANY BS but has a heart of gold when it comes to her clients. You get what you pay for and Melissa Simpson is worth every penny!

I met my wife in the military and after we finished our enlistment we came to Lubbock for school. After a year, it just wasn't working and my ex and I filed for divorce. She has no problem being blunt and holding everyone accountable (even her own clients!!). It is a rough process that I don't wish on anyone, but it is necessary sometimes. I have nothing but confidence in Melissa. She is always just a phone call away.
