William Kent Paschal

Mr. Paschal was an absolutely awesome lawyer. I was charged with a 2nd degree felony possession of marijuana and not being a US citizen i was very concerned. Mr. Paschal was able to have me plead to a lesser non drug misdemeanor charge and i was placed on 2 years of deferred probation which after competing 1 year he was able to get me off and the case against me has been dismissed. He is very knowledgeable with the laws and i would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.

Kent Paschal got me Pretrial Diversion and Case Dismissal!! I was charged with a DRUG FELONY and I thought my life was over. This wasn't some petty felony. This was a huge felony.
