What should have been a clear cut easily won custody case, was fumbled and Mary Whittington handed victory over to the opposition. Father is clearly unfit, uninterested in fatherhood, unattached to child, was abusive to mother during pregnancy and in delivery. Mother of child did her best to hold fam...ily together, nearly bled to death during delivery, hospital stay was so long baby became critical with jaundice, had to have daily tests etc until nearly two weeks old. Father has not once attempted to visit child.... Yet, despite all father still won case in court because Mary Whittington represented the mother to the worst ability of any attorney I had ever seen. Mary Whittington is not fit to practice family Law. Thankfully it was only the temporary hearing she lost, there's still hope for a recovery from the Damage Mary Whittington caused!! Her license to practice family law should be revoked.
