Wendell L. Davies

He was the attorney of a gentleman I was associated with. I'll call the gentleman I knew Mr. J. Mr. J called repeatedly and left messages to get his will updated. Mr. Davies never returned his call. Mr. J died, never updating his will. Due to Mr. Davies non-response, the homeless population increase...d. In the last 2 months, I called Mr. Davies approx. 6 times and left messages for him to please return my call. He never called. I finally reached him and asked if he had recieved my calls and messages. He said he heard one of them. So why didn't he return my call??? By the way, he was also the executor of Mr. J's estate. Hmmm???...
