Had a few appointment meetings with him through legal aid because I had a eviction situation that I felt was handled very wrongly, had a lot of personal and sentimental items taken from the home including my little brothers deceased ashes along with a lot of my daughters belongings that are irreplace...able. He stated he would send a demand letter to my old landlord and for me to reach back to him. I sent more than a few emails even asking for a simple answer and I was completely ignored. A simple we are no longer taking your case or any answer would have been appreciated so I knew what further steps I would need to take especially to possibly receive back some of my sentimental items that again can not be replaced. Also emailed him about my old landlord stalking my social media.

I contacted legal aid for support in me and my spouses separation situation, and mr. Steven McBride got back with me exclusively over txt for some reason, he accepted my case and asked for all my information as well as my family (children, spouse) etc. when I had questions he didn’t answer them he ju...st asked me more questions. When I finally had enough txt conversations I asked if we could speak on the phone and he preceded to ignore my messages. After 40 min I messaged him again saying this was unprofessional and he said one word.... “driving” after another half hour he didn’t answer. I got upset and he didn’t answer any questions and just sent me a text saying “thank you for your interest in our services. We are sending you a letter closing your application and confirming that we do not represent in this matter. Have a good day, sir.” Real piece of work. I don’t recommend Steven L McBride
