Above & Beyond

Mr. Woodburn represented me in a child support enforcement case. I was hesitant to hire an attorney because, under the circumstances, it felt like throwing good money after bad. Mr. Woodburn listened to my frustrations and acknowledged my concerns. While he made it clear that he could not guarante...e the outcome I was looking for, I felt confident that he would do everything possible to have my ex held accountable. He did just that. Because it was pretty clear this would not be the last time an enforcement would have to be filed, he argued for specific language in the order that has been crucial in subsequent enforcement proceedings. I absolutely appreciated his (and his staff's) professionalism, persistence and work-ethic.

The Very Best in Amarillo

I went through a divorce in 2014. Josh Woodburn walked with me every step of the way. I had been married for over 23 years and I need an attorney that would do what was right according to Texas family law. While there were some rough spots to work out, in the end Josh Woodburn did a fabulous job. Tha...t was 7 years ago and I have never forgotten his wise counsel. Mediation did not work and if it were not for Mr. Woodburn it would have been almost unbearable. If you ever need and divorce attorney I would highly recomned Josh Woodburn.

Great at what he does.

I hired Josh for a more difficult custody case and he got me better results than I was expecting. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone. He knows what he’s doing and he is good at what he does.

Trust between us was paramount to him.

I have never had a reason to hire an attorney until my recent divorce. This was a frightening time of my life. I was suddenly in a situation I never envisioned—having to hire an advocate to fight for me in this most stressful event. I visited with other attorneys before having Josh Woodburn being ...recommended to me. Josh is a Board-Certified Family Law attorney which was very important to me. At our first consultation, Josh put me at ease. Trust between us was paramount to him. He was hard-working and compassionate to the extreme pain I was in. He answered all of my questions, knew the applicable law, and was aggressive in making sure my goals were reached. The easiness that I experienced was not limited to Josh. I found the whole staff to be easy to work with, professional, and kind to me as went through this devastating experience. I especially bonded with Christina who was amazing to help me. I am happy to recommend Josh Woodburn to anyone needing a family law attorney. Cindy

Highly recommend!

After my son's death, my grandchildren were kept from me. I reached out to Mr. Woodburn to discuss obtaining legal rights to see my grandchildren. He discussed the process with me and explained to me what we may or may not expect to achieve. He was honest and upfront letting me know that he could... not guarantee that the court would rule in my favor but he felt strongly that with the circumstances as well as the evidence that we had that the courts would grant me legal visitation with my grandchildren. Due to Mr. Woodburn's counsel and hard work, I now have a grandparent possession order that grants me time to spend with my grandchildren. He and his staff were always prompt and courteous. I would gladly recommend Mr. Woodburn for any legal counsel you may require.
