Trust between us was paramount to him.

By far the Worst Ever!!
After filling out an 8 page questionnaire, paying the consultation fee, sitting in the waiting area 45 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, (did not have another client in office or on phone). I literally sat down in his office for less than 10 minutes for him to catch a very disgusting attit...
I am sorry that you felt dissatisfied with your consultation. My recollection of the meeting was that you were requesting an attorney to pursue a lawsuit that had little chance of succeeding. I felt that filing the lawsuit that you requested was frivolous, unlikely to succeed, and could potentially result in you being ordered to pay the other party's attorney fees. As such, I felt it was my duty to decline your representation rather than asking you to pay good money for disappointing results. I feel there is an obligation to provide an honest evaluation to all of my clients, even potential clients. I may have been too straight forward with my evaluation, if I offended you I apologize. I further recall that I refunded your consultation fee. I also disagree that there was a significant waiting period. If there was any delay in your appointment, this delay was a result of my attention to the needs of another client.
