I consulted Jesse in reference to my mother passing away. I had some pretty strong feelings about the hospital and her Doctors. Jesse was very knowledgeable, professional and sympathetic to my case. He calls a spade a spade and will no sugar coat something but at the same time takes your feeling ...into consideration. Would I hire him? ABSOLUTELY!!

My son was given a spinal cord injury from woman on her cell phone while driving. My son is never going to be the same and only received 17000. We had 100000 policy with preacher as witness, illegal alien hit us and son still suffering two years later. I fired him once and he begged us to use him. Af...ter he found out my son has a spinal cord injury. First, we tried to get Jesse to help us get our PIP paid to us instead of bills. He disregarded us and his secretary ignored us concerning PIP. I finally worked with insurance and received few thousand of the 10,000 I could have had whole I was injured. Jesse conceded that he f..ed up but continued to be rude and disregarded our plight. He only became interested in us when we found out how injured my son is. Jesse did not know law regarding pre-settlement loan. He had to pay 5000 of his own money. We ended up owing money on bills. I tried to pin him down multiple times to make sure we had all the bills paid before settling. He wrote emails and texts saying I will have all of our bills paid. After case settled, bills came in unpaid. He sent hostile and rude letter stating I knew I would owe bills and outstanding bills my responsibility. I have documents showing he asked for my son's ambulance bill to be paid in stewards request...but, now he will not show where the money went or why that bill I presented a year earlier was not paid. I turned in all our bills and asked every time he fired & hired his staff. He admits his secretary carissa was inept and couldn't even open documents that I provided. primarily our bills. He is not trustworthy, mean-spirited and poor character. DO NOT USE THIS MAN. He does not tell the truth most of the time.
