If you are going or planning on going thru a divorce, this is the guy. He keeps the clients needs at the forefront of his decisions and works hard to get the divorce settled. He will take it to trial if he has to but understands how expensive and emotionally draining a trial can be on the client an...d the children involved. He is one of the most expensive per hour lawyers but worth every dollar, especially in contested divorces. One thing nice about his billing is he does not charge for little crap like most lawyers do. He got me custody of my kids and that is not the easiest thing when you are a man. If your divorce is non-contested, he is probably not worth the investment unless there is a high dollar value of estates. As far as I am concerned, he is the best divorce lawyer in Texas. One thing I am sure some of his clients cannot handle is his bluntness. He tells it like it is which I appreciated. I would not even consider another attorney in the future.
