Grant Zachary Gibson

Born and raised in Iowa Park, Texas, Grant moved to Amarillo and joined Morgan Williamson immediately after graduating from Baylor Law School. Grant and his wife, Caitlin (who is also a litigator), enjoy wrangling their toddler, Grant, Jr., reading books, playing sports, and traveling.

        o Second chair for Defendants. Assisted with voir dire and direct examination of witness. Case settled before jury verdict.

     o Lead counsel for Defendants Nina LoCascio Mongrain and Charles Mongrain. Assisted with voir dire and handled opening statement, two witnesses’ direct examination, and cross examination. Obtained jury verdict in clients’ favor.

     o Lead counsel for Defendant. Assisted with voir dire and handled lay witness, expert witness, and closing statement. Obtained jury verdict.

    o Sole counsel for both defendants. Obtained a take-nothing jury verdict. (First trial; claims not disposed of by summary judgment).
