Baron Eliason Review

I have been working with Baron for several months now regarding my charges for possession of marijuana. The charge was initially dropped down to a ticket for paraphernalia, but I just was not comfortable taking that plea. Baron was able to get me a dismissal as long as I jumped through some very reas...onable hoops, which were able to be taken care of quickly. Baron, along with his paralegal, Tracie, were extremely pleasant to work with. If Baron happened to be in court or busy, Tracie was always there to assist me and did so kindly and professionally. I felt like they truly cared about me as a person not just as a client.

Baron was very polite and patient with me. He was certain to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand.

Best Lawyer in Lubbock

He is a very good lawyer. He made sure I was always up to date with everything. Like most people, I did not know what to expect. He made sure I fully understood everything. He also always answered my calls/emails promptly. Worth hiring for sure!

Shoplifting case dismissed

I contacted the law office of Hamilton, Hull&Bryd as regards a shop looting allegation I had sometime in February. I was assigned Baron Eliason as my attorney. He carried me along at every step and always assured me he will do his best. Even when he was given the option of terms of dismissal for the ...case, he still wasn't satisfied until he had the case dismissed. The staff in the office were always cheerful all the way and always ready to help. I've never worked with people who are very empathetic and non judgemental. I'm happy I decided to choose them as my attorney and will recommend them over and over again to anyone that needs their legal services. I wished I could give them 10billion stars cos 5 stars isn't doing justice to how good they are. Another good thing is they are far from being pricey and they work with whatever your budget is. God bless you Baron and your other team mates. You are the real MVP.

"I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Baron when I was as a prosecutor at the Lubbock County District Attorney's office. Baron is a dedicated advocate for his clients, and truly cares about each individual. He has an immense knowledge and understanding of the law, particularly DWI/DUI. I have also had the privilege of watching Baron in the courtroom and can attest to his brilliant skills as an orator as well as his uncanny ability to tell his client's story. Any client would be lucky to have Baron fighting for them."

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I have known Baron for over 10 years. I first met him when he became my senior pastor at WPC in Lubbock. He was a licensed attorney as well as a pastor. I always thought it would be amazing to practice law with him and when the time was right he came to work with us. I have tried cases with Baron and I have seen first hand his abilities. He can cross examine witnesses with the best trial lawyer I know. His true calling is his ability to connect with the client. He feels true empathy for people and he is able to communicate that to a judge, a prosecutor or a jury. I highly endorse Baron as both a lawyer and a great person."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
