I would not recommend using this Law Firm. He went against my wishes every step on the way. Allowed the other side to push the case back by several months, showed up late to a prelim hearing, and only filed 1 paper during the entire case. He showed up to court without a single document. After, he sig...ned orders without reading them and they were wrong. His secretary spent the better part of her day working with the secretary for the other attorney to clean up the mess; She is a doll. I still have not scene a single document in my case. I have asked for the papers several times and can not even get an invoice for services. Throughout the case he would not return phone calls and was very hard to reach. I wish I hadn't trusted him with something so important. I would likely have had a better outcome had I simply represented myself. He does have a nice personality and is easy to get along with as is his secretary/wife. The office is clean and well kept; easy access from major roads. His secretary in Clarendon is wonderful and helpful with anything she is able to offer.
