Dareld Ray Morris III was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2008. Mr. Morris was born and raised in Smithville, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas in 2004 and his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan. While pursuing his undergraduate degree Mr. Morris received an athletic scholarship and lettered in Men’s Golf.
Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Morris worked for the Internal Revenue Service and worked as a solo practitioner where he successfully represented clients with a variety of legal issues. Currently, he owns and operates several businesses ranging from early-stage companies to franchises. As an entrepreneur himself, Mr. Morris believed that by starting his own law practice he would be able to effectively assist other business owners with their legal and tax needs. By founding Morris & McClimon and in 2019 Dareld Ray Morris III, Attorney at Law, PLLC, Mr. Morris has been able to fully realize his passion for helping entrepreneurs at all levels of litigation and protection.

Terrible service
I first contacted and met with Mr Morris in August 2016. For a $2500 retainer he agreed to assist me with corporate books and an Asset Purchase and Lease agreements. He did prepare the documents for signature by the agreed-upon timeframe. However, getting the signed documents, my corporate book, and ...
