My husband and I used San Miguel and Mackell Associates and it was the biggest rip off ever!!! First they required us to put a $5500 retainer down. My husband and I were dealing with a psychotic ex-wife so we did everything we could to get the retainer. The first court appearance Ron Mackell arrived ...looking as if he had slept in his vehicle. San Miguel was with him and she agreed with things we were saying but did nothing to push them forward against Mackell. It was the biggest and most costliest thing my husband and I ever went through. We actually lost more rights and money due to Mackell's lack of effort and knowledge. I wish there was a way clients who have been ripped off by these two could file a class action suit. We had to end up requesting them off of our case and lost $5500. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!
