I wanted to thank Linda Stanley and her staff for all the help during my divorce. There were extremely helpfu and professionall during the whole process and handled the paperwork and filings, and made any updates as neccessary to filing documents. Without them I never would have gotten through the d...ivorce process. They had everything ready for the Court appearance and that all went very smooth also.

Linda was highly recommended to me from a former colleague and I am happy that I stayed with her recommendation. Linda is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate yet firm. Linda is at her best in the court room, very impressive. She has helped me through one of the hardest times of my life and c...ontinues to be a support and advocate for us. Nathan, her legal assistant, is always pleasant to talk to and helpful as well.

Obviously no one wants to go thru a divorce but if you do, you will want Linda on your side. She is caring, compassionate and won't back down from a fight. Linda is not one to tell you just what you want to hear, but she will always help you make the best decision for you and your case given the si...tuation. One thing I appreciated most, was that my kids were considered in every decision we made about how we would proceed. She knew how important that was for me and therefore it was important for her. I felt lucky to have Linda on my side during a very difficult time!

Linda assisted me in gaining custody of my son. She is very responsive and dedicated to the clients she serves. Being a man in Texas makes it difficult to gain custody of a child. Linda put together an excellent case and we were able to get custody. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone who ha...s a custody issue. THANKS LINDA!

As anyone dealing with divorce and custody issues knows, this can be an incredibly stressful time. Linda's calm demeanor really helped settle me during the process. She kept me informed about each step along the way, as well as counseled me through it. She used her years of experience to make recomm...endations saying, "I can't tell you what to do, but ..." It was empowering to have her expertise in my corner. Because my ex-husband is not an easy man to deal with, we had to go back multiple times. I made the mistake (due to financial struggles) of using a friend rather than retaining Linda's services for one of our court battles. It ended terribly! Thankfully, I was able to hire Linda to come back in and fix what my "friend" had done. She was able to reach a settlement with my difficult ex-husband out of court - which ended up saving me money! Overall, my experience with Linda has been awesome. Although, I hope to not need her services again, if I do, I will not hesitate to call her.
