Kudos to Linda Stanley

Linda Stanley helped me on different occasions. In both cases, she was thorough in her examination of the issues, provided excellent options for resolution of the problems, and prepared two law suits with the appropriate amount of detail, excellent advice and discussion with all parties. In the firs...t case, she guided us through mediation, to an acceptable conclusion; in the second case, she was able to reach a solution through discussion of the parties, rather than proceeding to the next step of mediation. We have been very pleased with Linda's efforts, demeanor, advice, and solutions. She is a fair, knowledgeable, experienced, and very competent lawyer.

Great experience during stressful time

As anyone dealing with divorce and custody issues knows, this can be an incredibly stressful time. Linda's calm demeanor really helped settle me during the process. She kept me informed about each step along the way, as well as counseled me through it. She used her years of experience to make recomm...endations saying, "I can't tell you what to do, but ..." It was empowering to have her expertise in my corner. Because my ex-husband is not an easy man to deal with, we had to go back multiple times. I made the mistake (due to financial struggles) of using a friend rather than retaining Linda's services for one of our court battles. It ended terribly! Thankfully, I was able to hire Linda to come back in and fix what my "friend" had done. She was able to reach a settlement with my difficult ex-husband out of court - which ended up saving me money! Overall, my experience with Linda has been awesome. Although, I hope to not need her services again, if I do, I will not hesitate to call her.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I endorse this lawyer. Linda is an extremely experienced divorce and custody attorney. She practices with both passion and integrity. She is also kind and approachable and I imagine is very good with her clients, who are undoubtedly stressed out and at a fragile time in their lives. I have had several collaborative cases with Linda. She is wise, compassionate and a pleasure to work with. I have also had litigated cases with Linda and she is professional and highly effective in the courtroom, while still being herself. With many lawyers, the person you see in the courtroom does not seem to resemble the one you see at mediation or in the office or at a social situation. Linda is consistent and Im honored to have her as a friend and a colleague. I would send a family member to her without hesitation."
