Outstanding Legal Representation by Courtney Harper

I recommend Courtney Harper, highly. She represented me, thoroughly, starting with an emergency hearing involving Protective Orders, then custody, court-ordered financial support, divorce, and later Visitation Modification and Enforcement for said financial support. I respect and share Courtney's ...obvious passion for children's rights, and I was very fortunate to be represented by someone with this common goal. When this all began, my child and I were in a temporary living arrangement, and I didn't know where/when we were going to have a place to call home, and I certainly didn't know how to proceed legally. I knew I just wanted what was fair for us, and most of all, what was best for my child. It became clear, right away, that Courtney had the same desire. She wanted to get us to what was to become our 'new normal' so we could get on with our lives and I could concentrate on being a mother. I was able to breathe and rest assured that Courtney had everything covered. Courtney was patient with me during an extremely trying time. When I initially connected with Courtney, I had very limited financial resources. She considered my needs yet lack of income, and she offered a payment plan with a reasonable amount upfront. She remained very understanding throughout our attorney-client relationship, especially as my case involved establishing, and even enforcing court-ordered financial support, and I never once felt that my legal representation was compromised based on my inability to pay everything upfront. She trusted me, and my trust in her was proven. At a time when I felt that my world was turned upside down, Courtney was there to maintain order and help me get back on my feet so that I could focus on being the best mother I could be. She's professional and fair, yet tough when needed. I don't like to think about where I was almost three years ago. Thankfully, my child and I are in a good place today with STABILITY and order in our lives, and I definitely know that we wouldn't be where we are without Courtney's outstanding legal representation.
