Harold Leon Hardy II

I received a supeana from the County Civil Courts. When I called to find out what was up, I was being sued by a company that stated I owed them for a debt I owed. I had never dealt with this company and I had never been contacted by them. I retained Harold to represent me. He petitioned the court... for the company to provide documentation that I owed the debt. They kept postponing the court date hoping that Harold would give up. He pressed forward. The court finally settled the suit in my favor stating that the company could not prove the debt. I would have given up long before Harold and just settled the case. I highly recommend Harold as a lawyer. His fees are just and he takes the case as if he was defending himself.

Mr. Harold Hardy was excellent. He came in took my case, and kept both sides fare dispite what the other party and I were going through, however Mr. Hardy still fought for his client and ensured that the judges decision was based upon facts instead of emotions and anger. I received what I deserved b...ased upon decisions I've made prior and with protection from the court and with the help of Mr. Hardy I'm able to spend time with my children per court order. Around the time I wasn't in a great place and military, but with Mr. Hardy, with his help I was able to relax knowing every thing would be taken care of.
