I can't say enough about how pleased I am for picking Charles as my probate attorney. During the discovery meeting I got a good sense of how attentive and invested he was in his clients. I had no experience with the probate process and was very nervous about which attorney to hire. I called around a... bunch of different offices for comparison and Charles stood out because he went in depth into questions and was extremely personable and felt like he cared a lot more than the other lawyers I talked with. The entire process of the probate went the same way, every question I had, any issue that came up, Charles was extremely helpful, reliable and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Charles.

Charles Smaistrala helped me during a difficult personal time. I found him to be an experienced, meticulous lawyer. His careful habits extended additionally to all precautions to keep me safe, a person at very high risk for Coronavirus, while speedily drawing up a new will and all necessary documen...ts. You never think you will need a lawyer, but if and when you do Charles is the best attorney. I have had the opportunity to work with Charles over the last year on a difficult Estate case. I needed to have my Dad’s Will probate in a quick manner because of some personal family issues. I look around e-mailing and calling many probate lawyers. When I talked to Mr. Charles over the phone and told him of my situation – he explained everything in detail on what would need to be done and t...he court process. Most lawyers I talked to wanted to meet in person first before discussing any issues. Mr. Charles was able to get my Dad’s Will probate within a week after meeting with him in person. Mr. Charles guided me through the whole process and always kept me informed, with detailed information on what was going on. When we arrived at court for the probate – I notice that he was well respected among his peers and even the Judge (Honorable Guy Herman). Judge Guy Herman gave accolades to Mr. Charles, when him and I were in front of the Judge. All in all, I thought this was going to be a painful process. Mr. Charles made the process quick and painless – I could not have asked for a smoother process.
