Terry is a straight shooter and a no nonsense type of gentleman though most of my family knows him better than I, I new immediately from his character and hand shake that he was a class act that was trustworthy and he wasn't gonna blow a bunch of smoke up my pie hole. Example : the 1st well pion...eer drilled on our land terry did his homework and caught the lateral drilling of track , so he was able to negotiate a higher mineral rights percentage and give us 38% of the well bore. And for the grand finally assessment of his character Mr Gamble charged us 000 nada. Lawyers politicians and bankers are very hard to trust.
