cheap but incompetent and negligent

She is nice but she is super slow. She does not update frequently and work on your case. Unless you call her and ask for update and push her to work on your case. My case took 4 months to finish which average time for my case type is 2 to 4 weeks

Milad, when you hired me for your case I told you that I was not willing to submit a case that was lacking the correct amount of evidence. I have the call records to prove that I spoke with you or your spouse regularly regarding your case - many times having to repeat the same information multiple times to each of your separately. If you left a message or sent an email they were responded to quickly. That is called performing my DUE DILIGENCE and it is precisely what makes me a competent and highly sought after attorney. You were not upfront and misrepresented some important details about your case and that lack of communication on your part is what caused the perceived delay. Making sure that I prepare my clients cases with the best chance of success is important to me. When I have clients who fail to explain the entire situation, constantly talk over me when I try to explain things, and then blame me for not quickly submitting a weak case, it makes my job (and their case) more difficult. However, that does not equal negligence nor incompetence. It is unfortunate, but I sincerely wish you the best moving forward.

I was privileged to have Hana working on my immigration case. My husband and I first met Hana in January 2018, when she explained our options for going forward with immigration clearly and answered all of our questions patiently. Hana was very thorough in gathering evidence representing the best ...interests of my husband and I. We had two instances where more evidence was requested and Hana responded to these promptly, satisfying the RFE. Hana was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I highly recommend Hana's services for immigration law.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
