Damon Alexander Goff

I hired Mr. Goff in June 2023 for a vehicle diminished value claim against State Farm. State Farm told me that the settlement check was cashed by Mr. Goff on 1/31/24. I still have not received my settlement money after contacting Mr. Goff multiple times. He no longer responds to my communication. D...o not use him.

I hired Goff law firm in 2023 October for auto vehicle collision settlement. The check for the settlement arrived at his office in December of 2023 and they have been lying to me how check has not arrived, the check was sent when it never got to me then they hand deliver the invalid check when threa...tened to sue him, then he said he wired the money where it never got to me. Now he no longer answers my calls and has no intention to pay my settlement and have go through long legal process to retrieve my money and report to state bar for misconduct. A total nightmare. Stay away from this law firm.
