My husband & I were involved in an accident due to a drunk driver. We found Todd Law Firm via Internet, through reading several site reviews, like this one, and many others. Upon meeting with Mr. Todd, we were both impressed with his professionalism, his ability to relate to our issues, on point with the facts of the case, his knowledge of process & expectations, and his all around fairness.. My husband was injured due to the accident, David kept in touch with us throughout the whole process of settling our case. We are happy with the outcome & our decision to hire Todd Law Firm to represent our case.. And, we would hire Mr. Todd again, if need be, and highly recommend him.

David Todd is an excellent attorney! He is compassionate about both the law and his clients. In my case, what appeared to be straight forward soon became more difficult and complicated due to other parties involved. Regardless, David always attempted to resolve the issues as quickly, cleanly, and inexpensively as possible. Despite delays by third parties in releasing information and roadblocks thrown up by peculiarities in the law, David persevered until the case was satisfactorily resolved without resorting to a costly court action. At all times, in an unavoidable lengthly process, David kept pursuing ways to resolve my case to my satisfaction. Along the way, if I had any questions, concerns, or frustrations, David would respond. He always kept me informed as to the status of my case. In that regard, David's staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful whenever I had a reason to contact David's office.
David is a consummate professional and an excellent attorney dedicated to representing his clients to the best of his considerable ability. I am so happy to have found him when I needed legal help. If you need a lawyer, from personal experience, I can highly recommend David Todd!

We used to despise auto injury attorneys and in two previous auto accidents with injuries we decided not to use an attorney. But when my granddaughter and I were hit from behind by a drunk driver we knew we would need professional support. But we were away from home visiting our daughter when the accident happened and didn't know an attorney in Austin. Fortunately, a friend of our daughter recommended David Todd.
Hiring David made the lengthy battle with the drunk driver's insurance companies and eventually with our own insurance company a much less difficult process. David carefully explained the legal process, our options and the issues we faced. He was there for us throughout that process, prepared all of the legal documents and advised us before the depositions. He fought for us like we were his own family and won us a substantial award.
David's success in our case means that both myself and my granddaughter will have certainty that future medical problems which may result from the accident will not cause us additional financial burdens.
We hope and pray that we will never need this type of professional assistance again, but if we do we would not hesitate to choose David Todd again.
Thank you so much David!

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I had the very good fortune of being introduced to David Todd several years ago to work as co-counsel with me on a head injury case for a child injured in a Texas daycare. Over the past several years that we have been working on the case, David has been hardworking, honest and extremely skillful as a lawyer working for this injured child. Correcting an injustice for an injured person requires a unique skillset - not just in the courtroom, but also the ability to get along with all parties involved (defense attorneys, insurance adjusters, etc.) while keeping focused on the end result - helping the injured person move forward with his or her life with a feeling that they did what they could to stand up for themselves - with the help of their lawyer. David is exactly that guy. He cares and he gets it. I would wholeheartedly recommend David Todd to anyone looking for a Texas personal injury lawyer - and I will certainly be calling him to work with me on my next case in Texas.
