I paid an attorney service to have a ticket dismissed and he was the person they had take on my case. The ticket should have just been dismissed but the procecutor showed grainy video with audio that cut out important conversations with the officer as for me was not sufficient enough to peruse a tria...l but he didn’t argue that and he took it to trial. The trial was very short but he did not even try to defend my side of the case. Needless to say I was found guilty of the minor traffic infraction and had to pay a fine. If he had put a small amount of effort my case would have been easily dismissed or won. I’m also disappointed with the jury one of them being an attorney of law them self and knowing the law they found me guilty only because they believed the cop over me. I was not guilty of the infraction.
