Cheryl Denise Hindera

I had Mrs. Hindera as a court appointed lawyer for a federal case back in 2006. Although I was incarcerated the entire time, she was in full communication with my mother. Everyone with a federal case knows they have a 99.9% conviction rate so really you are just hoping the judge will have mercy on yo...u and give you the best sentence possible according to your rating with any priors. It's a crazy process but I believe she did the best she could do and I only got a 24 month sentence which wasn't anything after already being in there for 9 months. She actually personally knew the prosecutor so I think that helped a little and was able to show the judge who I really was and not the person in the paperwork in front of her. I am very thankful for her treating my family with all respect and making them feel like it would all be ok in the end. She is a good attorney and figured I'd give her a review since I'm seeing no-one else has.
