I help people that can't pay what creditors want them to pay to get the "fresh start" that Congress intends for those trapped by debt that could otherwise hold them down.

I help individuals and small business reorganize their finances, so that they can retain property that might otherwise be lost to secured creditors and move forward with their personal and business lives.

I represent Creditors with commercial or consumer claims against businesses and individuals.
