Biography
Bryan began his legal career working for the Texas’ comptroller’s office Tax Policy Division, where he worked on tax issues for crude oil and natural gas, insurance, and sexually oriented businesses. Soon after being sworn in as a member of the Texas Bar, Bryan began working with small businesses, innovators, and investment funds in the Austin area. Today, Bryan works with a broad range of clients concerning personal and professional matters, including: business formation; tax planning; estate planning; securities planning and issuance; civil disputes; real estate transactions and disputes; and much more.
