also known as Chip Evans
Many of my clients come to me at their lowest moments and I take a large degree of my job satisfaction from knowing that I can solve a lot of their problems here in my office. I always tell my clients that when we are done with their case, they will feel like they walked in my office with a big jumbled mess and they walked out with a box with a bow on top. We recognize that while we have many cases here in our office, the client (hopefully) only has one and they need to feel like that case was given top priority while we handled it.

An attorney like no other
In regards to my past experiences with lawyers (and the judicial system more generally), I have not met anyone as capable, honest, and personally engaged as Chip. Should have talked to Chip sooner!
I was injured by a drunk driver, and after I struggled to deal with insurance myself, my employer's attorney referral service sent me to Chip. I wish I had talked to him sooner - I would've saved myself a lot of stress! He took care of everything from that point, and got me a better settlement than...

So Grateful
In September 2014, I was in an auto accident where someone struck the back of my vehicle as I was stopped on an exit ramp. It caused my vehicle to spin counter clockwise, strike the back of the vehicle in front of me, and hit the guardrail of the ramp. My vehicle was totaled, and I was taken to the e...

Large corporation settlement
My elderly father was knocked over by a negligent employee while shopping at a "large corporation" and as a result, broke his hip. We interviewed a couple lawyers while still at the hospital and did not receive the proper attention deserved. Actually, assistants to the lawyers assistants showed up so...

Great Communication
Chip was very helpful from the beginning all the way to the end of my accident settlement. He was not pushy but very informative when I began talking to him to find out if I even needed an attorney after my wreck. He was recommended through the EAP (Employee Assistance Program) from my employer. C...
