The best Lawyer I could find!

If you are ever in a major car wreck, hire a Lawyer. If you want a great Lawyer, Hire Chip Evans at The Evans Law Firm. I was hit by a young woman and hurt pretty badly. I was not able to work for almost 2 months. I have never been in a major car wreck, but knew I would need a lawyer to handle eve...rything. I went online and researched lawyers. After Finding Chip Evans on AVVO, I did some more research and liked what I found. I made an appointment, he was able to see me right away, to discuss my accident. I was extremely worried about how the woman only had minimum coverage and my bills were way above that. Chip assured me that he could get all my bills covered and even get me a little bit extra. Just getting all the medical bills taken care of was worth Hiring Chip for. And once everything was settled, he did like he promised and had a little extra left for me to help cover being out of work. All through this ordeal, I was able to contact Chip at any time and get him, not a secretary. He was very friendly yet professional. Like others have said before, he was genuinely interested in you and how you were doing. I hope I am never in another car wreck. If I am I will not hesitate to call Chip again or refer him to anyone I know. Thanks Chip.

Large corporation settlement

My elderly father was knocked over by a negligent employee while shopping at a "large corporation" and as a result, broke his hip. We interviewed a couple lawyers while still at the hospital and did not receive the proper attention deserved. Actually, assistants to the lawyers assistants showed up so... we never met face to face. Chip was recommended by another lawyer that had a conflict of interest in the case. Chip showed up on a Sunday while canceling a sporting event. Took the time to hear my dad through and accepted the case. During the entire process he kept us well informed and kept his commitment. Compared to the other firms, Chip committed about $50k more and in the end, my dad received $50k more (take home, after expenses) than what he would have received with the other lawyers. His experience with medicare along with his knowledge and relationships was key in getting that additional push for higher settlement. I highly recommend his services.

  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
