Each client’s plan uniquely meets their needs. A few are based on a simple will. For most, it is based on a more complex will or a revocable living trust. A client's plan may include asset protection, tax (income, estate, gift and GST), Medicaid or Special Needs planning. Our plans pass on the client’s accumulated financial, intellectual, spiritual and human wealth. Our optional VIP Membership plans let our clients make changes and get our advice at no charge.

Probate is the court process for administering the estate of a deceased person – gathering the assets, paying the debts, and distributing what is left to those entitled to it. It is a public process and creates a public record (often on the internet) of the deceased person’s property and who gets it. Probate takes a significant number of months to complete and is substantially more costly and less flexible than trust administration.

We help our clients plan for the possibility of incapacity, which, without proper planning, include the risk of running out of money and having nothing to pass on because of the high costs of nursing homes. For clients who are incapacitated, planning may include getting them qualified for Medicaid (which today pays the bills of more than 60% of all US nursing home patients) while keeping sufficient money to pay for the many things that Medicaid does not.
