Daniel Anthony Verrett

 Daniel grew up in a military family, lived in a variety of places throughout his life, and ultimately attended high school in San Antonio. It was in San Antonio that Daniel earned his Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. From there, Daniel attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, in 2007. Daniel then graduated, summa cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center in 2010. While in law school, Daniel interned with Houston federal district judges Sim Lake and Gray Miller.

For the first seven years of his career, Daniel solely represented employers in all sorts of employment related disputes, most recently at a prominent international labor and employment law firm. Daniel has extensive experience in wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination litigation. Daniel has jury trial experience, has litigated numerous cases through a final disposition, and has recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars on behalf of his clients. Daniel has also successfully defended his litigation wins on appeal.

Daniel and his wife, Laura, are raising three energetic children in Austin, Texas. When he finds free time, Daniel is an avid outdoorsman, runner, and fisherman.
