Keith David Sherry

Licensed in Texas and Illinois, Keith Sherry is a seasoned attorney with over 20 years of legal experience in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions and related business matters. While always focusing on his clients’ business objectives, Mr. Sherry provides common-sense based legal representation through Sherry Law Ltd.   

Before establishing Sherry Law Ltd., Keith was the General Counsel of Bradford Allen Realty Services, a vertically integrated commercial real estate company with diverse business lines including brokerage, acquisitions, and asset and property management. As General Counsel, Keith handled the company’s demanding legal needs, which included real estate and business transactional work and a wide array of general contract matters. Serving in the role of General Counsel, he developed and maintained a holistic approach to Bradford Allen’s legal affairs and risk management/compliance programs.

Before joining Bradford Allen, Keith was Legal Counsel to Epic Savage Realty Partners, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage and investment firm. In this position, Keith worked on a variety of business and commercial real estate matters, representing the many Epic Savage sponsored syndicated partnerships which owned commercial real estate throughout the Chicago metropolitan area.

For many years, Keith provided his legal services to Bradford Allen and Epic Savage through Sherry Law Ltd.’s predecessor, Sherry Law Partners, Ltd.

Keith started his legal career as an associate with the Chicago law firm of Altheimer & Gray.

He received his Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the John Marshall Law Review, and he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
