About Trek
Biography
Professionally, Trek has been practicing law as a litigator since graduating from the University of Texas School of Law with honors in 1994. Trek's career began at a reputable criminal defense boutique. Trek worked on a wide range of criminal matters ranging from capital murder to complex "white collar" fraud cases. Trek switched to the civil side of the docket in 1998 when he went to work for Clark, Thomas & Winters in its product liability section. There, Trek represented major domestic and foreign automobile, tire, and other product manufacturers in personal injury claims brought throughout Texas and elsewhere. In 2002, Trek joined Winstead PC where he handled a wide variety of civil litigation and defended several employers against workplace injury claims, including two Fortune 50 retailers. In April 2015, Trek founded Doyle Seelbach PLLC. Trek regularly defends "nonsubscriber" employers in negligence personal injury claims brought by injured employees throughout Texas.
