Paul Colley, Jr. was first licensed to practice law in Texas in 1981. He has focused his entire career on personal injury trial law and has literally handled thousands of cases over the year. He represents injured Texans in a wide range of cases to include: car accident cases; trucking accident cases; negligence, medical malpractice, products liability, contruction accidents, oil field accidents, and many others. He has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.

He has also been inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), which admits ONLY lawyers who have proven themselves to be among the top attorneys in the country with respect to trial experience and ability.

A Bulldog
Paul is a phenomenal attorney. He took my tough, bungled case when others wouldn't touch it. He listened. He believed my interpretation of the limited facts we started with and worked through the distortions and misinformation from the other side to craft an indisputable case of negligence. During fr...

Would not use him again!
I was very confident when I finally decided I wanted Paul Colley to represent me in my accident negotiations. From day one, they did not keep me informed, they had staff turnover so I never knew who to call, and my case seemed to be on the back burner for over 2 years! I had to keep calling them fo...

Caring and competent
Paul is a remarkable individual. I know attorneys have a bad name but this one is an exception. He took care of our bills while we were fighting for our rights. Drunk drivers should be penalized for what they do and that's exactly what Paul did in our behalf. We got our settlement and now we're movin...

Recommend Paul Colley Jr.
I hired Paul Colley to handle my accident case. He and his staff were highly efficient, very reliable and attentive to details. We settled out of court and I'm very satisfied with the end results. I highly recommend his services. Sue Seward Entrepreneur

Got after my boss
I was injured at work and my boss didn't have any workers comp. Mr. Colley helped me with my claims and medical bills and got me back to work. Man, he was awesome and if you need a lawyer, call him.
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Paul Colley for more than 30 years. We practiced in the same town for approximately 20 of those years and I handled several cases as the opposing lawyer. We tried several cases against each other to a jury verdict. Paul is one of the finest trial lawyers I know. He knows the law, is always well-prepared and makes outstanding presentations to the jury. If a family member or good friend had a personal injury case and needed a lawyer to represent them, I would not hesitate to refer them to Paul. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me."
"I endorse this lawyer. Paul is quite simply one of the best trials lawyers in Texas. Juries love him. Without any reservation, I highly recommend Paul to anyone in need of a trial attorney."
"Paul has an ability to make people comfortable when working through difficult and adversial situations. He is a very effective advocate who conducts himself in a manner which makes his client feel well protected without creating acrimony with the defendant or defense lawyers."
"I have known Paul and worked closely with him for several years now. Paul is a savvy, experienced, and well rounded attorney who is always looking out for his client's best interests. He is also very talented trial attorney."
