Undervalued and criticized

My name is Luis Martinez. I was a fire fighter in Central Texas before my injury which led me to financial hardship. I was so glad I found an employment opportunity that provided legal services through Arag. I recently had the unfortunate experience of feeling undervalued with this firm. As if fo...r being the non-custodial parent (father). I must say, it was a truly disheartening encounter. The situation left me feeling frustrated, disappointed, and questioning the integrity of the individual involved. I didn’t feel a lawyer-client connection at all since day 1. One of the most striking aspects of this experience was, it seemed that personal biases and agendas took precedence over fairness and justice. It made me feel like my concerns and rights were being disregarded. Kelle seemed unwilling to listen to my perspective before judging my efforts but provided a clear explanation of my lack of effort. The transparency and openness of how she saw me only added to my sense of unfairness considering how much evidence I have for this case (I’m assuming she thought I explained it all). She still had the audacity to accuse me of “not trying hard enough” with stacked emails since 2014, case numbers, and welfare checks (Email; being the contact method the parent chose for custody purposes). Parent still did not respond or let me see my son. I felt like she was representing the other party. The same feeling I had that put me in this situation to begin with when I went to court years ago. I was concerned I would have been left feeling treated unfairly again so I declined the services. The experience left me feeling undervalued and unrespected. Everything I have has dates, locations and related information that can be found in the order I wanted to modify. I didn’t feel safe signing. Kelle made it obvious she doesn’t care. My time was wasted. I have plenty of witnesses to vouch for my mutual respect and relationship with my kids and their mothers. I even have custody of my kids. But this mother who alienated me seemed to be someone Kelle felt defeated by. I truly believe I had a strong case. I am disappointed we couldn’t have made business together. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can raise awareness about the need for fairness and encourage the agents and others to speak out against this treatment. Build a better connection with clients. Show some mutual respect. Clients are trusting you with their life matters. They don’t need anymore drama.

Poor attention to details and facts

After 3 years of an open case, Kellee was not able to make any movement toward closure and was not able to accomplish my case goals. My case was not the easiest but Kellee was more interested in continuous never ending negotiations rather than enforcement of existing orders and failed to notify me of... key dates and notices of my case. If your case has any level of complication, I do not recommend her.

Kellee did an excellent and quick job of executing what I needed done. I requested getting custody of my son, and only after a few days the request was forced and completed! Excellent job Kellee, I highly recommend her to anyone!

Amazing Lawyer!

Honest and realistic about my case. Made going through the process very comfortable. Hard working and dedicated throughout process. Had a hard divorce with biological and adopted children. She was my voice in the court. Couldn't have done it without her. Would recommend her to anyone who needed... help for a satisfying outcome.
