Biography
My firm handles catastrophic injury cases throughout Texas and we also specialize in representing military families who have been catastrophically injured at military hospitals around the country. Our firm is humbled to represent so many military familes and veterans across the United States and in doing so we have achieved three of the largest individual verdicts and two of the largest individual settlements in the history of the federal tort claims act (FTCA).
I have successfully litigated cases in Texas, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, North Carolina, New York, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee, Virginia, and Washington D.C.
