I owe you the world.

I hired Eric after my wife left with our three children. She told me I would never get custody and would be lucky to see them on the weeknd. My kids are my life and I was scared to death. Eric told me that my wife was alienating the children and we would be successful in court. I put all my trust in ...him. On the day of court I was nervous but Eric assured me we would be ok. He did a fantastic job in court and I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer or more trustworthy person. The judge ruled for us and I was so happy to have my life back. I owe the world to Mr. Willie.

He Put My Trust Back In Lawyers

I was referred to Eric by two different friends who had used him during their divorce. My husband had threatened me over and over that if I left him he would take everything away from me including my kids. From the moment I met Eric, he put me at ease. He wanted to know what I wanted, what scared me... about the process and what I needed from him to feel at ease. He told me my husband was being a bully and was trying to control me. Eric gave me a voice and stood up for me. In the end my husband was just hot air. His threats did not work once we fought back. Eric was brilliant in the courtroom. He really knew what he was doing. I trusted him and he did everything he said he would do. When you are looking for someone you can confide in, someone that knows the system and how to win, Eric is the person to go to. I can't thank him enough.

Review

At the 2013, I hired Eric as my attorney for my divorce case. He quoted me for $5K for the case. After 1 months, he asked for $7K, then $10K, $12K, $15K. There is much progress for my case, but he was excellent at fill up hours and bills. It's hard to argue that a 2-hours task he claimed is really d...one by his assistant with a template for only 10 mins. One time he even charged me 3 hours he didn't do it at all. He told that's a place holder! I was sick of his endless billing without no progress. I fired him after 2 months of hiring. After the divorce is done, I found the attorney of the other party charged the other party for only 1/3 of the amount of Eric did, for the same case, even with higher hour rate.

Experience, and Integrity

If you thought you couldn’t find integrity, skill and compassion in your legal counsel, think again, because you will find all of that at Willie Dasher law firm. We didn’t have much to hope for in our never-ending, stressful, extremely challenging case. We have been sued frivolously multiple tim...es for custody as a means of deliberately draining our finances. Our previous lawyer took advantage of us and was also found them to be highly unethical. She put our already uphill battle into a whole new realm of stress and difficulty and sold us out when the opposing party switched attorneys to someone she was close personal friends with, at which point she made several decisions that almost cost us everything. We were losing hope and were just hoping to come out as unscathed as possible. Enter Eric Willie. We called him, and he right away was asking all of the right questions. This attorney has experience you can trust and he can alleviate your concerns. If you are a reasonable player in your battle, his office is where you need to be. You can count on him to deal professionally and capably with any shortcomings in your case, without throwing you under the bus. He tends to know most of the players, as he has been at this for quite some time. He is highly respected in his field and for all of the right reasons. He will not sell you out and he will give it to you straight, which is something I really value in people in general, but lawyers most importantly. Our situation came out better than we had expected, especially given the cluster of crap we handed to him. His opening argument was so well-prepared and thoughtful that the opposing counsel actually stammered. Further, his paralegals are sweet and helpful and compliment his work well. I highly recommend Eric Willie if you are dealing with a difficult family law situation.

not trustworthy.

I hired this attorney to represent me in a contentious family law matter involving my son. He assured me that he could handle my case and deal with a very aggressive opposing attorney. His work was disastrous because Mr. Willie did not do the proper research nor did he seem to make any attempt to... understand what the actual legal situation was for me and my son. The proper paperwork was not filed with the court and Mr. Willie never followed up on efforts to have a mediated agreement enforced. After temporary orders were issued, Mr. Willie would not respond to my requests for information. Instead his communications to me were inappropriate and hostile, and I was forced to hire another attorney. Based on my experience, it is my opinion that Mr. Willie is deceptive and untrustworthy.
