Thank You

The WillieDasher Law Group stood by my side and provided solid legal counsel in a case that was less than straightforward. Specifically, they did not give me false hopes, or promises but helped me resolve my case through mediation to avoid both a costly and emotionally extended trial. Their commun...ications, document preparations and representation succinct, nothing extraneous. Their team knows the law of the land, the tendencies of the opposing counsels, and they work with a highly qualified mediator. Their paralegal offered emotional support in moments when it all seemed too much to carry. The entire experience was both professional and personaI. The outcome, the best that one could expect with a spouse who promised “you will get nothing”. Due to COVID, I worked with both Eric Willie and and Jesus Aguirre remotely. Its strange to get divorced by Zoom, but I did not feel that the virtuality negatively effected my case. I am deeply grateful that they were willing to work with me, and highly recommend that you speak with Eric or Jesus about your case.

Grateful

After 28 years of marriage it was very difficult time in my life and I needed someone to represent me and make sure that things wood be done correctly for my family during this time of divorce. after meeting with Eric He was able to answer a lot of my questions and address my concerns and worrie...s about the process of divorce, at the end of our consultation I felt very confident and at ease that he would represent me with my best interest in my family's best interest and yet still be understanding to make the process as easy and less stressful as possible within a few months he was able to help me get through this ordeal with what I believe was a good outcome for my children and myself I would highly recommend him to anyone I know family or friend who would find themselves in this predicament. Thank you Eric for everything

Custody Battle

I hired Eric Willie to assist me in court after being served with paperwork by my ex husband for custody. Eric got right to work by transferring the case to the bastrop county since we had been living there for 3 years. He spoke very frank with me and I appreciated that. He told me exactly what could... and couldn't do. We just had our court date yesterday and I was extremely nervous. I suffer from PTSD and severe anxiety. He reminded me to keep a hold of my emotions. I thought I would lose my daughters because of my mental illness. Eric's line of questioning with my ex husband was awesome. He knew what questions to ask. I believe that he worked hard for me and it was well worth the retainers. There's no way I could put a price on my daughters. We won the court hearing and I get to keep custody of my daughters. What I thought was great was when he said if I started to get anxious to squeeze my husbands hand or his arm if needed be. I did both while the judge was talking waiting to hear his decision. I'm completely satisfied with the work he did for my family. I couldn't have asked for better because I believe he is the best at what he does. His staff was great. My concerns were always addressed at any time day or night with Eric responding personally. He responded over Christmas break. If I started to worry he would always put my mind at ease that things would be ok. I will continue to use him for any future issues, hopefully there won't be any. Thanks Eric and thank you to your staff. You definitely have a great family there!

Knows how to get a case done

Eric was my second attorney. My first attorney was not doing his job and my case had stalled. In comes Eric Willie. He told me his plan to get the case up and running again. He told me we could go to a judge and have the judge set deadlines. He did just what he said. Despite protests from my husband,... who did not want to get divorced, the judge agreed with Mr. Willie and set the proposed deadlines. Two months later this case that had been going on for nearly two years, was over. My husband was forced to settle. The outcome was great. Even better than what I expected. Thanks to Eric Willie and his staff.

I owe you the world.

I hired Eric after my wife left with our three children. She told me I would never get custody and would be lucky to see them on the weeknd. My kids are my life and I was scared to death. Eric told me that my wife was alienating the children and we would be successful in court. I put all my trust in ...him. On the day of court I was nervous but Eric assured me we would be ok. He did a fantastic job in court and I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer or more trustworthy person. The judge ruled for us and I was so happy to have my life back. I owe the world to Mr. Willie.
