We hired Russell without being able to meet face to face at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, April 2020, (adding to our already stressful situation) to handle our mother's probate. She had passed without a will and had very little possessions which meant we had to decide whether to go the full... probate route or to use the Small Estate Affidavit process, which is tricky for a nonprofessional to attempt. Russell explained the differences both pro and con for the two methods and guided us through the "simpler" SEA. Though in monetary terms and legal challenges I'm sure our case was "small" to outsiders, Russell handled our needs with the empathy and sympathy and attention of a "big" case. Even during Covid-19 restrictions Russell followed through with every detail in a timely manner, keeping us informed of the step by step progression of our case until its completion.
