A lawyer who lacks in professionalism

Consulted with Oscar sometime back and found him to be incredibly unprofessional and rude in his demeanor. I needed help with litigation which he claims to assist with, but was told to look elsewhere in a very disrespectful way. If you don't want to take me on, that's fine. What's not fine is ...your crass demeanor.

Professional, prompt and informative assistance with Probate of Dad's Will

I consulted and hired Mr. Jackson to probate my father's will. He explained the process, processed the paperwork and prepared me for the court proceedings and cost. All went smoothly and within a very short period of time. I am pleased with his professionalism and will keep him in mind in case of... future legal needs. The cost was well-within norm and not at all excessive. I recommend him and appreciate his expertise.

"Oscar Jackson. Outstanding!"

As my attorney, Oscar "Trey" Jackson III has always looked out for my best interest. He has provided services in the area of probate and real estate. During the course of everything, which ultimately turned out to be a very complicated process, he has been very diligent and it became obvious that he ...was going to see things through to the end. There has been many twists and turns along the way. He never gave up. He persevered. Trey tackled each challenge with a systematic approach utilizing his knowledge of the law. He has kept me informed and involved and has always promptly responded to my questions and concerns. He has demonstrated that he is reasonable, fair and trustworthy. At times, he has displayed a sense of humor which was refreshing and something that I could appreciate. I am very pleased with his services and plan to use him to assist me with other legal matters.
