Complainant worked at a Federal Government Agency. Complainant had a known disability. Complainant's medical provider advised that Complainant should work from home at least four (4) days a week. Th ... e Agency denied Complainant's accommodation. Complainant was then retaliated against by supervisor with issuance of performance counselings. Complainant was then removed from federal employment. Complainant filed an EEOC case and through my representation Complainant prevailed. Damages awarded included full back pay, front pay, pain & suffering, and reimbursement of attorney fees.
