Alyse F. Donnelly

Alyse F. Donnelly is a Partner at Kirker | Davis, LLP and an experienced attorney practicing family law with a focus on complex divorce litigation and contested custody matters. Alyse is committed to providing compassionate, professional representation while achieving the best possible result for each and every client.

Alyse’s college internship with the Genesis Women’s Shelter inspired her to become a family law attorney. Alyse completed her undergraduate studies at Southwestern University, where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree and enjoyed membership in her sorority Alpha Delta Pi and in the International Honor Society in her Psychology major.

At St. Mary’s University School of Law, Alyse served as a Staff Writer and an Editorial Board Member on the St. Mary’s Law Review, as well as a Member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Society. In 2012, the St. Mary’s Law Review selected Alyse’s Comment on the Violence Against Women Act for publication.

Alyse graduated at the top of her law school class and immediately began pursuing her passion: family law. Alyse became a skilled trial attorney while working with a seasoned solo practitioner in San Antonio for three years. During her time in San Antonio, Alyse briefed and presented oral argument to The Fourth Court of Appeals of Texas.

Thereafter, Alyse spent two years as a Senior Associate Attorney with a firm in Dallas exclusively handling family law matters. Alyse represented clients across Texas, in large and small counties, with issues ranging from high-asset property division issues, to specialized parenting plans, to creative problem-solving in collaborative divorce.

In the fall of 2018, Alyse moved back down to the Austin area, where she and the top-tier attorneys that comprise Kirker Davis, LLP provide zealous advocacy and knowledgeable and creative representation to clients in Central Texas.
