Mr. Mora was hired to close a bogus board initiated complaint by TBHEC and retire my license. Instead, he tried to negotiate the surrender of the license without my knowledge. Mr. Mora tried to convince me to sign the Order a few days after surgery. At the same time that the Board wanted me to re...sign my license with a public record, another state of licensure found the allegations against me unsubstantiated on all counts. Naturally, I declined to resign the Texas license and chose to continue fighting. The disparity between both states on the same matter was telling of a serious flaw with Mr. Mora's performance . He also mentioned frequent discussions with the board attorney but couldn't provide summaries of the conversations. Mr. Mora also failed to write a response to the allegations, which led to more commotion and a lengthy multi-year process. Instead, he told me the allegations didn't matter. Unfortunately, I had to terminate Mr. Mora and lost 5,000 dollars for a few E-Mails and a couple one page letters. The director of the federal agency where the false allegations originated was eventually fired.
